Tongue Ulcers and Apple Cider Vinegar

Did you ever get one of those annoying, nagging little tongue ulcers (Deitsch: es Zunggschwier)? I get them occasionally, particularly if eat foods like pineapple.

Through the process of trying numerous remedies for these little buggers, I experimented with Apple Cider Vinegar (Deitsch: der Eppelwei-Essich). I splashed a small amount of Apple Cider Vinegar onto a paper towel and pressed it down firmly on the ulcer. I held it there for about a minute. I found that Apple Cider Vinegar (Deitsch: der Eppelwei-Essich) did a fantastic job of eliminating them quickly, or, at the very least, drastically reducing the pain they cause.

Again, this is something I tried for myself. The frequent appearance of tongue ulcers may be a symptom of other health issues. Folks should always refer their health issues to a licensed medical professional.
